Climate change is no longer a distant threat, it’s a reality affecting communities everywhere in the world. While governments are taking steps to address this global crisis, the speed of action is often not enough for what’s needed. It’s time for people and communities to step up and make the change from the ground up.
Current Climate Problems
The effect of climate changes can be really seen in rising temperatures and with this, extreme weather events like the latest hurricane in the US, hurricane Milton, and unusual weather for countries all around the world. And it’s not only affecting humans but because of the melting ice and rising sea levels so many animals and plants are face to face with going extinct.
Government Actions
Governments around the world are trying so many ways to fight with climate change like trying to minimize carbon emission, finding new ways to use and implement sustainable energy sources and developing climate adaptation strategies. However, the speed is much slower than we need. That’s why today, you should take all the action steps you can, with all the help you can get!
