The International Congress 2025, held in Sri Lanka, brought together young leaders from over 100 nations alongside a diverse group of partners who believe in the power of cross-sector collaboration. Organizations such as DHL, PwC, Electrolux Group & Food Foundation, Henkel, Mastercard, UNIDO, UN Youth, JCI, Tata Consultancy Services, and the UN Foundation joined the agenda with spaces designed to inspire, challenge, and connect participants. Throughout the week, discussions highlighted the importance of sustainability, inclusivity, and employability, reminding us that the future of work must be shaped through collective action between youth and institutions.

One of the most impactful moments of the agenda was the Youth Speak Forum, where AIESEC members and external youth engaged in keynotes, workshops, and dynamic conversations bridging theory and action. The highlight was a panel where partners explored how youth can shape a more inclusive and sustainable world of work. Electrolux Food Foundation emphasized the role of food systems in driving environmental change, JCI shared how young leaders are embracing values-based and inclusive leadership, UNIDO addressed the balance between industrial growth and sustainability, TCS discussed strategies to ensure youth talent thrives in the digital economy, and the UN Foundation, through the Next Generation India Fellows initiative, addressed the systemic changes required for equitable work and leadership. Delegate interventions enriched the dialogue, reinforcing the importance of youth perspectives in global conversations.

At a pivotal point in the agenda, UNIDO delivered a keynote that inspired the audience by reinforcing that the future of industrial development must be aligned with sustainability, with youth playing a central role in leading this transformation. This message resonated deeply across delegates and partners and set the tone for the collaboration-focused spaces that followed.
Following this, the Premium Partners Council Breakfast, hosted by Abdul Wasay, gathered DHL, PwC, Electrolux Group & Food Foundation, UNIDO, UN Youth, JCI, and TCS in a strategic dialogue on the shifts reshaping work and society. Conversations explored changing market trends, the growing demand for sustainability and the role of youth leadership in driving long-term impact, while what stood out most was the shared commitment across private companies, multilateral bodies and youth organizations to create opportunities where young people can thrive while addressing the Sustainable Development Goals. The breakfast reaffirmed that the Premium Partners Council is more than a meeting—it is a space where ideas meet action and where visions align to generate solutions with tangible global impact.
