On June 19th, 2025, AIESEC International and AIESEC Alumni International signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that strengthens a key alliance for the future of the global youth leadership movement.

More than just a document, this agreement reaffirms that being part of AIESEC doesn’t end when a role does—it evolves.
Those who were once active members continue to drive the purpose forward through the Alumni network, keeping alive the vision of a peaceful world led by conscious leadership.

The President of AIESEC Alumni International, Anuj Khosla, described it as “a symbol of partnership and shared intention to collaborate and support each other at all levels.” This alliance aims to reinforce the connection between both communities, bridging the professional experience of Alumni with the energy and innovation of AIESEC members.

As stated by the Director of Marketing of AIESEC International 2025, Kenneth Gamboa Parrales, “AIESEC is an organization that builds long-lasting connections; together with Alumni, we can open more opportunities, develop projects, and keep our purpose alive.”

Through mentorship, joint projects, and learning spaces, this MoU ensures that the leadership born in AIESEC continues to grow and multiply its impact through Alumni.
